Second semester is almost half over. Spring break is just around the corner. Where does the time go so quickly? Brianna is doing well. She finished basketball season and is involved in show choir now. She is working very hard in school and getting good grades.
Bode continues to amaze us. Of course I am sure every parent says that! He is loving his new daycare. he comes home exhausted nearly everyday! He has started a new fascination with trucks. We traded our old Chevy in for a new Ford and ever since then, he wants to ride in the truck whenever we leave. He also loves cows, so he watches for them when we are driving around.
We are thanking our lucky stars today as Kurt was involved in a car/bike accident last night. The woman who ran into him was talking on her cell phone and not paying attention. Thankfully, he did not break anything (maybe a rib or two) and his back looks okay. He has lots of scrapes and bruises, stiff neck and pretty good headache, but he will be okay. He is very frustrated as this was his new cross bike and he had a race today and Sunday he was looking forward to. He will be on the mend quickly.
The Hantelmann home continues to be a busy one. We always seem to find something to keep us running! I suppose this never really slows down as the kids get older.
